I have tried a few chatbots for user surveys, but all of them were very robotic and rigid. I just tried Chikka.ai and the AI-hosted interviews are quite fluent and engaging. I mentioned that I have a dog in the early part of the conversation, and the interviewer "AI" even concludes the interview saying "Have a lovely day with your furry friend"!
