Patience is a virtue in this day and time with everything that's wrong with the supply chain. I just received my Lux order and it is pretty cool. It looks and feels like the top tier product they have been promising and so far it has not tangled. If the rest of the product lines are anything like this it will be worth the wait. I like having a quality product as opposed to buying something cheap every three months.
