Love the simplicity. 'Give your site its own voice' is a great way to put it. I'm building a chatbot platform for web agencies and the biggest insight has been that onboarding speed matters more than feature count, if they can't go from signup to working chatbot in under 5 minutes, they bounce. What's been your experience with time-to-first-chatbot?

Congrats on the launch! The problem framing is spot on, manual WhatsApp replies are a huge time sink. I'm building in a similar space but focused on website embeds for web agencies. Curious: how are you handling knowledge base training? We found that getting accurate answers from uploaded docs (especially content with tables or structured data) is the trickiest part to get right.
