Let me start with the good 1. Most of the items do taste very good. I enjoy them, when they work. 2. It is easier to use than Crystal Light or other drink systems. 3. Easy to use website for the first order. 4. What the sips work correctly, they will last 4-5 32 oz bottles. I start on 3 and keep increasing as the taste lessens. What is wrong…Lots 1. TERRIBLE packing. I mean TERRIBLE packing. My initial order was for six sips, a large bottle, a lid, and a carrier. When it arrived, I did not have the lid. This mean that I could not even drink what I received. Next, the packaging was a packing bag without padding or a box. Each ship was foil wrapped with no protection. What does this mean? Well, EVERY sip was busted. AHHH. So frustrated. They did send me replacement sip and guess what? Same packaging. 2. Customer service is hard to reach. When you do, it seems like they don’t listen or listen correctly. I explained the additional broken sips and the fact that the flavor was not working quite right. Gave me directions to access more flavor but did not acknowledge my packaging concerns or broken sips. 3. Their website does not seem to work correctly after the first order. I bought some sips at the local stores and they work better than the shipped ones but that is because they are broken. I will use the system because I bought it but I am super disappointed.
