I build privacy first tools for people who do not have extra energy to spare. PainTracker is an offline first PWA for tracking chronic pain and symptoms. It works without an account, stores data on device by default, and focuses on fast logging and clean exports you can actually use for appointments, insurers, or your own pattern tracking. I care about data minimization and consent, and I would rather ship fewer features than ship surveillance.

Hey Product Hunt, I m the person behind Pain Tracker.

I built this because I m tired of health apps that feel like they re quietly built for someone else: advertisers, data brokers, engagement, whatever. If you re logging pain, meds, symptoms, and the messy parts of your life you shouldn t have to wonder who gets to see it later.

Trauma-informed “Panic Mode” simplifies the UI when pain spikes—no streak guilt. Offline-first PWA (~420KB) works without Wi-Fi. Plus WorkSafeBC reporting automation (Form 6/7-style) cuts admin hours per claim. Built in collapse by someone the system failed.
