Who needs this product? We have identified two things that JustLend borrowers have in common: i) They can’t access traditional sources of credit (poor credit scores; despite being in a position to repay they don’t look good on paper; underbanked) ii) They can access traditional sources of credit, but don’t want to pay high interest on loans and choose not to in favour of borrowing from friends...

Borrowers seek funds for opportunities or emergencies; choose their own interest rates and terms; and share these stories to family and others who care.

I love this idea as we try and scale our tiny community. Do you discuss all levels of scaling? We have lots of analytics tools to measure scaling but I am also keen to hear more about the questions people ask their customers when trying to scale their products.
