Craig Kent, MD, is a nationally recognized leader in academic medicine with over 30 years of experience in the field. He has served as CEO of UVA Health, Dean at Ohio State’s College of Medicine, and Chair at the University of Wisconsin. He previously led vascular surgery programs at Columbia University and Cornell University. Dr. Kent has published over 360 peer-reviewed articles and received continuous NIH funding for more than three decades. He is a member of the National Academy of Medicine and has served in leadership roles with the Society for Vascular Surgery, Society of Surgical Chairs, and American Board of Surgery.
