Been using it for 2+ years -- awesome tool. Had some hiccups at the beginning (non-clickable urls in chat, mobile chat window was a mess), but they've been fixed and now even happier. Love the new heatmap improvements!

As much as I love Ron Gilbert's games (e.g. Maniac Mansion, Monkey Island), this one was a disappointment. Puzzles were ok, there were maybe 3 funny bits. But lots and lots of running around. And what's with the 7 characters that you can only play 3 at a time? So I have to play the WHOLE game over to try out the next 3 characters? And then ALL OVER AGAIN just to try out that last 7th character?...

Great puzzles, aesthetic and quirky-ness. The only thing I hated was being forced to play a crappy pixel arcade shooter over and over because it was so difficult. I'm here to play an adventure game not an ASCII rogue-like inside an adventure game. :) But otherwise great adventure game.

If you like exploration, the maps are ridiculously large and detailed (thankfully there's a mini-map). If you like slow, atmospheric, and creepy, SS1's got those in spades. The UI is ridiculously dense -- but configurable. You'll be sorting and arranging your inventory A LOT. This is not run and gun shooter. Throughout most of the game you're underpowered compared to enemies so any sounds make...

At first this seemed like the usual endless-runner, but smashing zombies is way more fun than collecting coins. And choosing what to upgrade adds a fun strategic element to it.

Lovin' the 8-bit cut-scene aesthetic. The difficulty seems seems very modern though -- Spelunky x3. CRT bulge is a nice touch.

Are you actively looking for devs? There's no info or FAQ for devs -- only a signup link. Kind of difficult to decide without knowing what to expect. Makes me think you you have too many devs for current demand so you're not optimizing for dev acquisition?

Cool idea, but to me this looks more like a feature than a product. Someone like Gumroad would be able to add this to their offering pretty quickly (heck, I could add it to my Gumroad products with 1 small PHP file, though without the no-refresh price updates and price locking). So do you plan on expanding the feature set to cover more use-cases, or is this a more of a passive side project?

Inkle did a great job on the other Sorcery books, but I feel they changed too much on this third installment with the lighthouse mechanic that changes the arc and the "rogue-ness" of "choose your own adventure" gameplay. Here's a review that explains the changes (although he feels all the changes are positive): http://www.richardcobbett.com/codex/therichardperspective/quick-trip-sorcery-3/

Spot-on aesthetics/audio and excellent gameplay. Check out the making-of to see just how much attention they put into making it feel NES-y: http://www.gamasutra.com/blogs/DavidDAngelo/20140625/219383/Breaking_the_NES_for_Shovel_Knight.php

Great comic book style 2D art, minimal animations, but great dark atmosphere. Just listen to that narrator in the trailer! Sure, you can lose your team members to damage, but a prominent mechanic is their psychological state: they can go insane from fear!

Great twist of the "shoot each other all night" couch party game. Demo links are about a quarter of the way down the page (Win/Mac/Linux) but the video shows the gameplay right away.
