I m Cosmin I wanted to give an old tablet a second life as a smart photo frame, and that simple idea inspired me to build PhotoStreamr for everyone who s got a forgotten device lying around.

I'm Cosmin, the maker of PhotoStreamr, and I'm super excited to share it with you all today!

Like many of you, I had an old Android tablet gathering dust in a drawer. I wanted to turn it into a beautiful digital photo frame, but I found existing solutions were often limited, clunky, or lacked the features I really wanted especially seamless integration with Google Photos and useful widgets.

So, I decided to build PhotoStreamr!
