I think y'all are taking a very clever approach by integrating with Jira. Although Jira is not a great experience, it is so sticky. Switching to something else should just be too much of a headache so people just deal with the ongoing, minor headache of Jira itself. By integrating with Jira, you can greatly reduce the switching costs. For what it's worth, one reason people get locked into Jira is that all of their previous tickets are there. That historical context can sometimes be super useful. So if your ultimate goal is enable people to switch of Jira entirely, I would recommend looking into whether people want to bring their full Jira history with them.
I like what you are on to! Y'all are former restaurant owners, so I think you know the space better than I do. But one, maybe helpful, observation: It pains me when I see a restaurant that I love with a bad website. I know that they are losing customers because of it. But a restaurant shouldn't be spending time designing and maintaining a fancy website! I always wondered why there isn't one go-to solution for restaurants to simply put their menu online and then integrate the different tools for ordering and reservations. Of course, there are website builders, but for non-technical users, even Squarespace can be intimidating. I know you guys at RestoGPT are thinking bigger than my little idea but I do think there could be potential for the solution that allows a restaurant to build a website just by uploading their menu and some photos.

SocialCards
I have spent a ridiculous amount of time generating cards for pages and posts that I share on social media, so having a tool to speed that process up would be great! I've tried Canva but gave up because I couldn't find any templates that were aligned with my brand. They were all very designed out. I like that your tool keeps it simple so it's flexible. I really like the landing page. I found that the demo was a great way to understand the product. One bit of feedback: Maybe this is available in the Pro version, but I would love to be able to start with templates that are the right sizes for different platforms. Better yet, if you could somehow magically generate correctly-sized versions for each platform from just one main version that I edit, that would be amazing!
