Hey Duje, I think the app idea is interesting but I'm not sure if it really adds much to what's already out there, have you thought about how it compares to existing ticket management systems like Zendesk, which are already widely used, also the email domain tracking feature sounds a bit limiting for bigger companies, maybe expanding on that could help, just my two cents but excited to see...
