OK Swig looks really cool. I am building a startup and I can see how this would standardise how I would assess talent (very daunting) and let me access the huge pool of remote folks who could be the ideal match for me. I don't always know what I need to ask or know, but the ideal candidate's peers would pre-iron all that out for me. This is definitely the way to go. Well done.
