@romainlavault has it right. Salary is not everyone's first requirement. You should be able to set your priorities,1, 2, 3 etc in order and how much of a dealbreaker each is 1. Remote working (%) 2. Salary range 3. Sustainable proof 4. No-way Jose orgs (Guns/BadPharma etc) Companies that meet these are returned to you in order of meeting your expecations.
