I had a nightmare scenario with steathwriter.ai which took their support ages to fix and at my expense. It appears 2 accounts were created when we tested this tool out. We tried, results were very very poor, we cancelled, but they charged again, we contacted support and for 2 months and 3 payments later with many of the same screenshots shared and information provide to them they couldn’t find my account. When they said they had cancelled they still charged me. A very blunt and uncaring reply saying we do not give refunds was the summary of my customer uncare. I will look into who owns this company and spread the message that they value money over people. Much better solutions out there available.
