I placed an order and paid the extra amount for expedited shipping. The day the order was supposed to be here I checked tracking and it was still in pre shipment, label created but has not been received by the post office. I sent an email to customer service, obviously I had paid for expedited shipping and it wasn’t met. I wait a few days, still haven’t heard anything from their customer...
