Looks similar to the Emmet Re:view browser extension, which is free and also worth checking out (it's not my creation, I'm just a big fan of it): http://re-view.emmet.io/.

I used this a while ago when it was first featured on Product Hunt, but stopped because the free plan was too limiting. I'm glad I randomly revisited it because the free plan is now much better-- so it's my standard screenshot tool once again!
