Hello everyone, I am looking to join a startup as a Fractional CTO and/or as a founding team (fully remote & outsource). I have 15 years of experience in IT, worked with 5 CEOs on their businesses in different capacities. Most often as a founding engineer and later organising a fully autonomous IT team. I am now running a successful software agency for 4 years.
I have deep understanding of AI, built Deep Q-Learning Neural Network from scratch back in 2017. Looking for my next start-up to join with a long horizon. I can handle everything Tech related, my best match is a non-tech founder who focuses on vision and has any industry expertise. I have longer experience in Insurance (4.5 years), Matchmaking/Dating (2.5 years) & Marketing domains. I am very flexible with structure, interested in both acting as an agent but also co-founding with the right person & idea.
