Would this be useful?
I didn't realize how much time I was wasting until I looked at my screenshots folder.
Which unironically is just my desktop.
And probably yours too.
457 assets. 0 context.
Maybe 5%, i'm i'm being generous, turned into something useful.
I used to call it "inspiration".
But really, it's "hoarding".
Scroll. Screenshot. Forget
An endless loop.
A week later I'd open an image and think:
"WTF was this for again?"
Color palette? UI Layout? Fonts?
No clue. So I'd move on. Or worse... start over.
So I tried the usual suspects.
Pinterest. Notion. AirTable. Figma.
Nothing clicked.
Everything felt like I was adding work.
That's when it hit us.
This wasn't a workflow issue.
It was a design bottleneck.
And not just for me.
When design flow is broken, everyone suffers:
- The dev builds the wrong thing
- Marketing misses the vibe
- Sales don't convert
- The whole team slows down
Design is the first thing people touch.
If that touchpoint is fuzzy or broken, it creates friction for everyone else.
So Eder asked me:
"What if saving an image...
automatically helped you do something with it?"
He didn't want another dashboard.
He wanted to fix the real problem -> The missing link between inspiration and ouput.
So we made something small.
Visual-first. Built for flow.
But this post ins't about the launch.
It's about that moment when we realized the real problem wasn't
broken workflows.
It was broken design handoffs.
Fix that and everything else moves faster.
Would this be useful to anyone else?
Happy to share more if you're curious. Or roast me.
We're around all day.
