FollowUp is a game changer when it comes to keeping both my business and personal relationships active. Pros: Easy to use product with a team that listens, could not ask for more! Cons: I would like to see FollowUp provide more meta data on my contacts, I think that feature is coming with their "Relationship insights" tool..
