Cliff Long from Orlando joined the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association in December 2017, with the responsibility of strengthening the organization so it could respond to the needs of one of the fastest-growing regions in America. Since that time, he has led the association, the eighth-largest REALTOR® association in the country, through a period of growth, improved financial stability, and stronger leadership in housing, advocacy, and regional issues. He brings more than 20 years of experience as a chief executive in both nonprofit and for-profit environments. Over the course of his career, he has guided organizations through financial challenges and times of opportunity. Cliff Long's leadership has often focused on financial turnarounds and the creation of membership subsidiaries.
