Former marketer and data analyst at the New York Times, now journalist and founder of Newsendip. It's a news website making world news more accessible. Many people ask me how I can find and report on such unique stories from so many different places. To find and write articles, I built my own internal tool that allowed me to look for news in about 70 different countries as if I were there. No algorithm suggests content based on my behavior, no data or browsing history influence my discovery. It brings me lots of fresh perspectives that I would miss out with a simple google search on my laptop. This simple yet really effective software could be used by other journalists but also plenty of entrepreneurs, small business owners and startups in the future.
