Would prefer to invest in the root cause of traffic problems - urban planning and transit - as opposed to building more roads for space-inefficient cars only seating 1 or 2 people, on average. Teslas are incredible cars (finally got a test ride the other week!), but we need less milage of roads, not more. Plus, tunnels in California... can't imagine the extra costs for making seismically safe.
