Trying to please a mixed crowd of daily power users and total ghost accounts is a roadmap nightmare. For the longest time, we kept adding random features hoping something would click for everyone which just made the app messy. The moment we decided to cut off the noise and focus strictly on the people using it every day everything got simpler.
