Had great coach in terms of experience but no way he could guide me by 1. looking at form to optimize my results; 2. looking at form to avoid injury (I hurt my low back and hip); 3. now way to assess when to move up or down on the weights. Also, you can't hear the instructions if you use the music in the app.
