I'm Clark Gil Evacuado — a full-stack developer, UI/UX designer, working student, and father from Manila, Philippines. I build digital solutions that solve real problems. Some are for clients. COONI is a YouTube parental control app. Instead of an algorithm deciding what plays next, parents choose: allow only the channels you trust, hide one video without blocking the whole channel, and filter topics like brainrot, scary videos and pranks across every channel and search. Shorts are kept apart and never autoplay. Set daily limits and viewing hours behind a Parent PIN. Videos play in the official YouTube player. Works on phones, tablets and laptops. Free, with an optional Plus plan.
