To take full advantage of Notion, you need to change the way you approach work, but the ability to create a document with a lot of information that I can share and reference with clients (because, by default, the design is so clean) has been game-changing. I never could share a Google Sheets document in the same way without being embarrassed by the presentation.

It takes a bit to get familiar with all the keyboard shortcuts, but the organization, open tracking, HubSpot integrations, and Ask AI are all fantastic features that I'm constantly using.
Building out as many snippets as possible as soon as possible will save you so much time!
