I have used for 8 years from version 5.2 to version 10. To me, this solution is revolutionary and should be part of everyone's web toolbox. Pros: Comprehensive, secure, sophisticated, extendable, built-in reporting and charting. Good support, continuous upgrades w/valuable features. Cons: If it can be improved, I can't think of what that feature would be, offhand.
