Focusmate is a game-changer for someone like me who struggles with focusing at work. I've found it especially helpful for those nagging tasks that I don't want to do, but know I need to do. I'll schedule a session dedicated to it and often find it was far easier than anticipated. Still, I got it done thanks to Focusmate.
I'm loving the 75 minute sessions and have met a few friendly faces that I work with frequently. I recommend it to anyone who works remotely, but it can be great for those who work in an office as well.
