Incompetent and unethical * Intake coordinator gave me several pieces of incorrect information as confirmed by others in the organization [incompetent] * My credit card was charged more than what was discussed with the intake coordinator which was already more than advertised [incompetent/illegal] *coach and nurse practitioner were both behind on the science (I had to send scientific articles to refute their assertions) [incompetent] *it took four weeks after prescription was ready and contact information provided for them to send the prescription to the pharmacy [incompetent] *part of this delay was their attempt to strong arm me into using their expensive pharmacy instead of my preferred local and reasonable pharmacy [unethical bordering on illegal]
