You’re just turning engineers into recruiters and no legit engineer is going to want to sell their contacts. Because if they do, that contact is going to get targeted for a job they didn’t ask for and probably don’t even want. That will create negative blow back for their digital or real world...

I love how there are so many products available to help candidates express themselves but it's also important to keep in mind how these types of tools integrate with the almighty applicant tracking systems that most companies use such as Greenhouse, Taleo etc. The bad news is they don't. I look at hundreds of resumes a day and unfortunately because our systems are not designed to except this...
