Christina Pepin, professionally known as Tina Pepin, is the Executive Director of the Pepin Family Foundation and a third-generation philanthropist serving Tampa Bay, Florida. Her leadership focuses on public safety, healthcare, education, and mental health initiatives that strengthen communities and promote sustainable impact. Through strategic partnerships and responsible stewardship, she advances programs that support families, first responders, and healthcare professionals throughout the region. Tina continues to honor the values established by her grandfather, who was allowed to attend college by a family he once served. That experience shaped his lifelong commitment to giving to givers. She continues her father and grandfather’s legacy of service, guiding the Foundation’s mission.
