I really wanted to love Hers, but my experience with their customer service was terrible. After accidentally signing up for a subscription, I was unable to cancel it online and forgot to call them, so I ate the cost of the second month of a subscription I didn't want, $160. Fine, my fault. But then I did call them, email them, and send a message through the chat function - and they still didn't...
