
Very confusing UI.
Overall the worst cust service experience I've had in a long time. Over something so stupid and trivial. They didn't have a button to cancel. And I had to click to chat AND email them. They got back to me by email after like 2 weeks. Made it as hard as humanly possible to get a small refund. At this point, it was really just the principle. After a ton of back and forth I just said screw the refund, I'll leave the review.
Avoid at all costs.
