I've used Cognitoforms for several years now. It's a very versatile tool. I've used it to make very simple and very complex workflows. The lookup/person fields are fantastic for keeping data consistent between forms for easy analytics. Document generation and automatic e-mails have allowed us to entirely automate some administrative processes. Support is friendly, knowledgeable, and responds quickly. Frequent feature enhancements. Highly recommend.
