Hey, I'm Christiaan 👋 I'm a remote software engineer based in South Africa, and I built Cogniear because I watched three of my closest friends fail interviews at companies they were more than qualified for. They knew their stuff inside and out. They'd done hundreds of LeetCode problems. But when the interviewer said "explain your thinking," they froze. Every single time. That's when I realized: interview prep tools are solving the wrong problem. Everyone focuses on teaching content. Nobody focuses on performance under pressure. Would love your feedback, PH community.
