As a person working in the same field, the support is kinda poor. I had an issue with the Right earbud. I asked the replacement (took 1 and a half months with back and fourth with pictures videos etc ). Then a replacement was sent which also was broken! Really sad for such an evangelist project to be so dissapointing. Not recommended at all.
