During this time, he has held senior positions overseeing hiring, training, team development, patient care quality, financial management, marketing, regulatory compliance, and daily operations. He has contributed to the establishment of several assisted living facilities, hospice agencies, and a hospital. As CEO, CFO, and Administrator of St. Gabriel’s Hospice & Palliative Care, Chris Cain Fort Worth built a culture centered on “People Caring for People.” He and his team focused on supporting patients’ physical needs, as well as their emotional and spiritual well-being.
