Hey Product Hunt! Chris here. I built winnow.md because I kept hitting the same wall when working with AI tools. Every time I wanted to feed a document into an AI, I'd end up copying and pasting from Word or PDF, losing all the formatting, fighting with messy outputs, or manually tidying things up. It's a small friction, but when you're doing it dozens of times a day as part of AI adoption...
