TBH this way of showing support and thanks to a very important team inside any company is something that never crossed my mind. This way feels great because it also reassures the importance of their job among their peers. Their effort sometimes tends to be taken for granted. Pros: - Clean design - Well though messages - Easy to give to support staff. Cons: none

I already recommended it to some of my colleagues some of them use it more than I do. It all depends on the number of documents you need to open/update every day. Pros: - Simple to use. - Polished UI - Easy to search across all your documents. Cons: I've gotten used to the fact that it removed my home tab.
