Hi, I'm Chintamani, founder of RetainIQ. After spending years working across data, analytics, AI, and business operations, I noticed a recurring problem: companies have more data than ever, yet critical customer and revenue decisions are still difficult to make. I'm building RetainIQ to help SaaS teams identify revenue risk, understand why it exists, and prioritize the next best action before customers churn or revenue is lost. My mission is to move businesses from dashboards and reports toward actionable Decision Intelligence. We frequently hear about churn warnings, payment failures, declining engagement, and renewal risks being discovered after revenue is already at risk. Which signals do you wish you could identify earlier?

What's the PROBLEM your product solves?

In the month that I've been here, I've been noticing a pattern in a lot of launches - strong demos, polished UI, clear outputs of "what it does."

But when I ask myself "What problem does this solve?" I sometimes have to dig for the answer. (I come by that thinking honestly - I've spent 33 years building and fixing businesses, so this is the lens I can't turn off.)
