Recommend to all startups as an alternative to in-house. Pros: I love the model. Most of us startups can't afford a designer in house. Also I've seen some work and love it! Cons: I'd shoren the inquiry form... it's too long. Could be a follow up convo.

Loads faster than full-blown charts. Pros: I always go for simplcity... Cons: Not a fan of black background, but that could be easily fixed.
