Hey Chiemika here, I'm building DeployOwl. Sunday we're launching Owl NoSQL and Owl Storage on here basically a database and file storage that don't make you set up Redis or S3 just to get decent speed.

The short version: Owl NoSQL caches reads at the edge automatically so you're not standing up a separate Redis instance just to make things fast. Owl Storage does the same thing for files, CDN and image optimization included, no bucket policies or CloudFront config to fight with.
