Good features for work communication — channels, DMs, requisite emoji. I find the interface fairly clean. I do wish I had an other bucket for channels I don't need to see in my sidebar but don't feel ready to leave. But overall, Slack works for what it's supposed to do. Now if adding a hyperlink could just be ⌘K the way it is for every other web tool...
