I currently lead product and experience at KEEP, an AI powered healthcare startup focused on improving quality of life for people living with rare diseases. KEEP is a conversational platform built to understand and support the invisible journey of patients with rare diseases. We do this by offering support where the journey actually happens - in the home - through a connected digital medicine cabinet and an AI Health Coach, helping patients manage their treatments while deepening understanding of the emotional journey of adapting to life on it. I also am responsible for conversational design of our products and services as well as customer insights.
