Charles Douyon is an experienced legal and compliance professional with over 12 years of expertise in financial regulations. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he moved to Long Island during high school, where he became deeply involved in sports, particularly basketball and football. These activities fueled his competitive spirit and instilled qualities like discipline and teamwork, which would later become central to his career. After high school, Charles initially enrolled at Northeastern University in Boston. However, September 11, 2001, led him to reassess his priorities, and he decided to transfer to Berkeley College in New York to be closer to his family.
