Congrats! This is spot on and solves a real pain point. This was such a pain that I almost built it myself using a very similar approach! Only thing I'd love to have here is for index pages to have some editable content to describe the links / folders. I'll be buying this for my team :)

Congrats on the launch. For a payment processing/related company, I think you guys need to have a phone number and clear contact details upfront rather than hiding behind an email. People do want to call someone in case of an emergency particularly when payment processing is involved.

A little worried about the privacy of information that we share?

Would be great if your onboarding experience did not force the app install. Really wanted to kick the tires of the app with some sample data. Do you have something I can take a look at before starting to send data to Drift?

Great work! One of the key things about events is that if it's a hot event, the load on the system can skyrocket in a short span. The larger players have built to manage this issue. Are you guys looking at this? AutoScaling is kind of essential in use cases like this.
