Code migrations are such a pain, As an Engineering Manager at LambdaSchool, I often came across code migrations. No one wanted to work on these projects and they often took too much time to complete. I really like the idea of automating migrations. This is such a common use case. Engineers can focus on user problems that are both fun and challenging to solve. I will check it out. @ericdrowell...

Make it clear that silence is ok, silence is acceptable and silence is appreciated. Most calls result in poor brainstorming because people feel the need to fill in the silence with talk. While silence is totally acceptable in physical brainstorming. Once you do this people will get time to hear themselves and think about what was said and result in better conversations and brainstorming
Product Managers, how do you do idea brainstorming effectively while working remotely?

I go for a drive or take a long walk. Sometimes I just disconnect and watch a movie. When I come back I am both clear in my mind and energized to solve the problem at hand
How do you recognize and manage stress?

It seems the Gas Fee is as much as the 0.1 Ether value/fee. Someone please explain what gas you are using and why its so expensive in-addition to the $5 + $7 fees I paid to get the etherium ?

We saw Datatree recently, as an engineering manager in the middle of many product rollouts, it helps to set and enforce code quality and code hygine guidelines. Datree works within the git flow and helps enforce those controls. This helps you be confident of the code thats going live on a daily basis. Keep up the good work Shimon and team.

Live the idea, i am wondering you you have considered that podcast users are a big audience too, if you show the best podcasts by subscribers across channels , that would make a good list. The page was clean, but I had to click on an icon to see results may be a/b test showing results for one of 20 popular sites randomly, sonusers can see the value right away
