Assuming people hate interviewing their customer doesn't sound legit nor accurate as a start. If you have customers, you'd better have some nice feelings about engaging with them π«Άπ€£ Having said that, I'm curious about this product! Also as a reminder, personas don't do magic. You still need a genuine customer centered culture and practices!
