Like with many templates, flexibility is anl issue. I've had many (!) career relevant jobs over the last five years, but I'm still not looking for a senior position... With limited flexibility in terms of actually moving elements around sort of "free hand," it's impossible for me to fit my experience onto one page (and there's not quite enough to fill two pages).
