Real Estate Development and Management

About

Cayuga Capital Management (CCM) emerged in 2007 when Jacob Sacks and James Wiseman partnered to build a real estate company grounded in long-term strategy and steady development work. From its headquarters in New York City, the firm focuses primarily on Brooklyn and Texas, where it handles property acquisitions, redevelopment planning, construction oversight, and full operational management. Since its founding, the company has aimed to create projects that add practical value to communities by providing spaces for housing, retail, recreation, and neighborhood engagement. Brooklyn has remained the core of CCM’s activity for more than a decade. During this time, the firm has delivered over 350 apartment units and nearly 450,000 square feet of commercial space.
